Project: Total Absence Management

I was responsible for User Experience and Interface Design of the MetLife Total Absence Management and Leave Intake and Servicing Application (LISA).

After examining all use cases and requirements, I created a site a map to show everyone the “big picture”, obtain feedback, and ensure we were going in the right direction.

A moockup I rendered in the Balsamiq prototyping tool, to illustrate and obtain feedback on one of the more complex concepts of the interace.

I created a clickable Visio site map and wireframe enabling people to get a sense of the user experience.
